Tom Bryan is the founder and President of Global Passport Properties is also an Associate Broker for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.

A graduate of Georgetown University, Tom has an extraordinary real estate sales and marketing background spanning over 30 years in Florida, Washington, D.C. and New York. He has represented heads of state, Fortune 50 executives, royal families, foreign governments and dignitaries in real estate transactions totaling over $500 million in sales.

Having served as Chief Administrative, Marketing and Financial Officer for Sotheby’s International Realty, Director of Luxury Homes Marketing for ERA International Collection, and Director of Coldwell Banker’s Previews International Department for Coldwell Banker Mid-Atlantic. Tom also managed Coldwell Banker Georgetown, Washington D.C. office for 10 years. Tom brings a uniquely global approach to real estate sales and marketing.
